#FES17 was a fantastic day. Everyone in our sector is always very busy, and choosing which conferences and events you go to is very important. The event was an incredibly valuable day for me, coming in and learning how to increase our fan engagement and experiences.

I‘m seriously impressed that those charged with fan engagement for the cream of Premier Legue football had journeyed to the event. Obviously they knew they could benefit commercially from the conference. Meeting representatives of these clubs is very difficult, but with Fanalyse they were all together in one room and approachable.
You look for certain things from events, starting with excellent speakers and good debate, which I think we’ve had. You look for a nice use of technology, which I’ve really enjoyed. For the most you look for a few tips to take away, which I did. It’s been a first class day and extremely well run from start to finish.

Another major factor to the success of our events, #FES18 passes will be strictly restricted to two hundred senior club, association and venue executives, in particular those with a dedication to building authentic, intimate relationship with fans, whilst also driving ROI for partners and stakeholders alike.
It’s this that set the tone of Fanalyse events. Our policy remains to deny delegate spaces to vendors, as such preventing a hard-selling, commercially noisy event. We also work hard to bring the best in class from our partners, again limiting their presence to help create the best atmosphere.
From our time as senior level club based management and our extensive experience of conferences and events, we know the uncomfortable feeling of being pitched by vendor delegates at every possible moment. Frankly, it’s annoying.
We don’t work that way (to our financial cost), instead setting a limit on the partners who can join us. With our reputations on the line, we only seek out and work with best in class partners – those we know will be of interest and value. It’s a model that works well for all, clearing the way to build solid, equitable relationships for all.
